A good microwave is vital to virtually every professional kitchen. Valera are looking to build a reputation with three models designed for every catering situation.
What do Valera Microwaves do?
Valera microwaves come in three sizes – 1000, 1850 and 1880. These are workhorse appliances for your kitchen, allowing you to cook and reheat to your heart’s content. They are budget machines, but in a technology as developed as microwaves, this doesn’t mean you skimp on quality. Valera Microwaves are well built and hard wearing.
Who’s the range for?
These machines are all good value and are perfect for smaller cafes, pubs and restaurants. The three sizes and powers mean that whatever your needs, there is a model that can help you. By their price tags they are clearly being targeted at the cafe and pub market.
How do Valera microwaves perform?
The cheapest has one magnetron, the two more expensive models both have two. This gives them more power and faster cooking speeds.
The 1000 has 25 litres of space inside, the 1850 has 17 and the 1880 is a big machine, which you can fit a ⅔ gastronorm tray inside its 34 litre interior!
All three have a three pin, 13amp plug and can be stacked to maximize the effective use of your kitchen space. They are all able to be programmed, further adding to the efficiency of your production process.
These are great, well-made, simple to use and easy to clean machines that will help your kitchen become more efficient. We’d say they are a great buy for smaller catering concerns like pubs, cafes and coffee shops. If you’re looking to get in a microwave that does the job without breaking the bank, check these models out.
