The Falcon Flexi Pan is a simple, good value multi-cook appliance. It gives versatility in a small and great value package. 

What’s the Falcon Flexi Pan do?  

The Flexi Pan allows you to deliver a number of different cooking techniques. Shallow frying, boiling, stewing, poaching, braising and steaming are available. It also comes in a small package. As it’s only 400mm wide it’s easy to find a slot for it somewhere! 

Who’s it for? 

The aim of the Flexi Pan is to give chefs more options in the kitchen without breaking the bank or adding installation problems. Again,  it doesn’t need to be plumbed in. It’s perfect for smaller commercial kitchens that want to increase or diversify their offer without investing in multiple pieces of kit. Although it sits in the same market as the Rational VarioCooker range, this is a much simpler, cheaper piece of kit. That might make it more attractive to smaller establishments. 

How does the Falcon Flexi Pan perform?

The machine is simple to use with a clear control panel including basic settings for each cooking type. The pan is easy to clean and it’s very straightforward using it in its different modes. 

Conclusion

This is a machine for smaller organisations that need versatility but not scale. So rather than find the space and money for a bratt pan, bain marie, steamer, pasta cooker, when you won’t be producing high volume, this one piece of kit can do it all.
